This single span concrete arch carries the Bruce Vento Nature Trail over an old alignment of Clarence Street.
Built in 1908, the bridge features a single concrete arch span. This span has a type of concrete block lining which bears resemblance to a stone arch. It rests on concrete substructures. According to an NP bridge book, the street below was barricaded in 1958.
This bridge features a common design. Overall, it appears to be in poor condition. Minor cracks have developed in the superstructure.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
